When and Where: Every week, two hours on Tuesdays from 10:30 AM -12:30 PM, or renegotiated by group members. Minimum of 6 week commitment given after first meeting. Ongoing, on site at HCH Institute, 3702 Mt Diablo Blvd, Lafayette, CA 94549. Directions below.
What is Bodymind Healing Psychotherapy? Bodymind Healing Psychotherapy (BMHP) draws from traditional forms of psychotherapy (including psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral), Dr. Gendlin's "focusing"method, Jungian/archetypal symbolic process approaches to healing, hypnosis, psycho-neuroimmunolgical research, and energy psychology methods such as Qigong and acupressure self-touch.
What you’ll learn in this Training/Case Consultation Group/Certification Program:
• Learn to apply BMHP to a wide variety of common issues such as: hypertension, insomnia, chronic pain, anxiety etc.
• Learn to apply the BMHP ten step integrative method to your cases.

Cost: The group divides Dr. Mayer’s hourly fee. Come to your first training group session for free.
Oriented to: Mental health professionals, MFTs, Psychologists, etc. Also open to healers of other disciplines: ministers, nurses, bodyworkers, etc.

Directions: 3702 Mt Diablo Blvd. From Berkeley. Go through Caldecott Tunnel on 24. Exit Alcalanes Blvd/ Mt Diablo exit/ Go straight on Mt Diablo Blvd. Pass Lafayette Reservoir. After first light where Veterans Bldg is on corner you'll see a driveway going up to an Indian Resaurant. Go up that driveway and turn right into the first parking lot that says Oak Hill. 3702 is the first building on your right. Sign says HCH (Hypnosis Clearing House, Transformational Therapy Center). We meet in the room on the right downstairs. From Contra Costa: Exit Oak Hill Road, get to Mt Diablo Blvd, and follow directions above.
