I look forward to working with you. Please read the following information about my practice carefully, and ask me about any questions you may have.

Instead of giving advice or making decisions for clients, coaches ask questions, provide information and give feedback to help clients make their own choices, develop skills and make progress toward their goals. Coaching isn't therapy, and while we it helps most people, it isn't always completely effective. Your input and follow through are essential to the efficacy of the process.

Appointments and Fees:

Individual sessions are $150 per fifty minute hour or $80 per 1/2 hour. If you need to cancel an appointment please call 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the appointment. Telephone coaching sessions can also be scheduled. Contact between sessions may be done through email at no charge, for a brief check in regarding completing agreed upon goals. Longer time spent responding to emails are prorated at the above rate and agreed upon in advance.

The information that you furnish me will remain confidential, unless you give me specific permission to release the information or if I am required by law to release it. Cases of suspected abuse or neglect of children or elderly must be reported to the local police or welfare department. In an emergency, information may be released to an appropriate party in accordance with acceptable professional practices. In occupational settings you have the right to review information about you, request a copy of it, contest its accuracy or completeness and to attach a letter of disagreement.
